This fix and flip project is located in Greenville, SC. I had the pleasure of working with Charles, who was seeking additional funds to finish the renovations. By the time he reached out to us, he had already purchased the property and completed substantial amount of rehab work. This was his 5th fix and flip project, and not surprisingly, the end result was outstanding!
The Property
This 3-bed 2-bath house located in the South Side neighborhood of Greenville, SC is just minutes away from the Greenville Technical College, the Swamp Rabbit Trail and downtown Greenville.
The Rehab
This house underwent significant amount of rehab, with new roof, bathrooms, beautiful hardwood flooring, kitchen cabinets, all new appliances and doors all around. After converting the house to an open floor plan, Charles is particularly happy with how the kitchen and living room turned out. When you take a step back and look at the exterior you’ll see a total transformation: a new driveway and a welcoming front porch covered by an extended roof. When asked about the project, Charles referred to the house as “probably the best house on the street” – and I’m sure he’s right. His experience shines though on this project and we look forward to working with him on future projects.
The Sale
The house was listed on Greenville MLS by Lisa Otto. It drew a crowd of 40 potential buyers during open house on Sunday, and went under contract the next day on Monday.
