Hi! I'm Norb. I closed over $50 million dollars in private mortgages. I work with clients that don't meet traditional bank loan guidelines, in order to secure funds for investment, residential and commercial real estate. What We Do

Lending HQ, LLC connects borrowers seeking funds for investment and business purposes with local private lenders. These are asset based commercial loans where the borrower either owns real estate that can be used as collateral or has a substantial down payment towards the purchase of a property. We work with all types residential and commercial properties including raw land and mobile home parks.

Private lending provides an alternative option when the borrower or the property does not qualify for traditional bank financing.
