After flipping their first house, Jason and Melinda jumped right into their next flip! This one is located in the Seabrook Estates subdivision of Fayetteville, NC.
The Property
This is a 3 bed 2 bath house located on a large half acre lot in Seabrook Estates. Similar to their first fix and flip project, Jason and Melinda had a large down payment and were seeking a hard money loan to secure the rehab funds though a private lender by pledging the property as collateral.
The Rehab
The actual rehab took about 3 months on this house. As you can see in the pictures below this property underwent an extensive $30,000 rehab: new HVAC unit, roofing, flooring, brand new kitchen cabinets, deck, fixtures and many other fine details that these guys pay close attention to without cutting any corners. As Melinda stated in her own words, “we fix each home the way we’d fix it for ourselves”.
The Sale
Their first flip went under contract within 10 days, while this house was listed and under contract within 5 days for the full price of $110,000!
Jason and Melinda make a great team, they thrive off of each other on these fix and flip projects. While they’re waiting for the closing, they’re already looking for their next flip!
